Answers to the things homeowners ask us most about roofing.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs are completed in 1–2 days. Larger or more complex roofs (multiple layers, steep pitch, structural repairs) may take 3–4 days. We'll give you a timeline before we start.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We document the damage, provide a detailed report with photos, meet your adjuster on-site, and handle the back-and-forth. You pay your deductible — insurance covers the rest.
What kind of warranty do I get?
You get two warranties: a manufacturer warranty on the materials (up to 50 years depending on the product) and our workmanship warranty covering the installation. Both are in writing before we start.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
If the damage is limited to a small area and the rest of your roof is in good shape, a repair often makes sense. If your roof is over 20 years old, has widespread damage, or is showing signs of failure in multiple spots, a replacement is usually the better investment. We'll give you both options with pricing.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. No obligation, no pressure. We'll climb up, take photos, and give you an honest assessment. If your roof is fine, we'll tell you. If it needs attention, we'll explain your options and give you a written quote.
Free inspections. Honest quotes. Manufacturer-backed warranties. Licensed, insured, and ready to work.
